INTERNATIONAL
MUSIC
FESTIVAL
FLUTE-PICCOLO
About festival
The International Festival "Flute-Piccolo" in Saint-Petersburg is event not only in Russia, but also around the world. We, the people who play the piccolo flute, are deeply in love with our little instrument, which soars high with sound like a beautiful bird, has the most virtuosic technique and bright colors. I want to listen to him endlessly!

Our festival is unique in that for the first time in Russia, piccoloists from around the world will gather at three concert venues to perform classical and new, modern music.

Why are we doing this?
Previously, the piccolo was considered an orchestra instrument, and now it is finally becoming more and more a solo instrument, the merits of which have been appreciated by modern composers. And we will perform new items for you and present the classics in the arrangement.

Children also participate in our Festival. One of the concerts is dedicated to children's performance.
But our most important task is to share the experience of playing piccolo with students and schoolchildren. To do this, we conduct master classes with leading piccoloists from Russia and other countries.
