Born in Leningrad. He graduated from the Mussorgsky Music College (French horn), and then Saint-Petersburg State Conservatory named after N.A. Rimsky-Korsakov.
1992-1999 - artist of the St. Petersburg SymphonyOrchestra "Classics". Since 1999 – artist of The Mariinsky Theatre.
Laureate of All-Russian and international music competitions.
He is the author of chamber and symphonic works, two operas, three ballet projects. In 2021 the premiere of his opera "Soldier's Tales" took place on stage of The Mariinsky Theatre.
